To improve: Le camere forse un po’ datate, ma è tutto in ristrutturazione quindi è comprensibile. Alcuni clienti che nella spa facevano chiasso.

Liked: L´accueil, la gentillesse du personnel et du service restauration. Plat variés et très bon. Superbe spa et piscine extérieure chauffée. Chambre très propre avec belle terrasse et vue sur la piscine. Essuie et serviette changer chaque jour, j'ai trouvé cela très agréable. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet hôtel où tout n'était que plaisir.

To improve: Un papier toilette de meilleure qualité. Une boîte de mouchoirs dans la chambre. Le porte-clés avec la clé est beaucoup trop lourd et encombrants. Ce sont des détails qui pour moi pourrait être amélioré, autrement tout le reste était parfait ! C'est pour cette raison que j'ai mis un 9 et peut-être la prochaine fois indice si c'est trois choses changent 😉

Liked: Very good location, convenient parking and absolutely luxurious wellness facilities. Part of the hotel has been renovated, while another part is older. The wellness area in particular is really excellent – an indoor and outdoor pool, saunas, a hot tub and two modern relaxation rooms. The food and half-board option are good. Breakfast has everything you could need, and the pancakes are absolutely fantastic! If you choose half board, you have a fairly rich buffet with appetizers and vegetables, followed by three courses. The food is good and heavily focused on traditional Trentino mountain cuisine. If you stay for a whole week, however, it can become a little repetitive, and you start to miss some classic Italian dishes. I also really like their philosophy. You order your dinner using your mobile phone by scanning a QR code, and you can order drinks at the bar in the same way. I really liked this system. What I find absolutely outrageous, though, is the price of beer – €6.50. The same applies to the wines they offer. They are mostly ordinary brands that you can buy in a supermarket for €7–8, while the hotel charges €20+ for them. The older rooms do not have air conditioning. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate the hotel very positively.
